The non-combustible phenolic resin foam composition is a resol type phenolic resin, a foaming agent, a curing agent, a compressive strength of 600 kgf / cm 2 or more, a bulk specific gravity of 0.3 to 0.5 g / cm 3 , and a melting point of 1500 ° C.
