(57) [Summary] [Problem] To provide a method for producing a sustained-release preparation which enhances the uptake rate of a physiologically active polypeptide, shows a high value over a long term, and shows a constant blood concentration. A method for producing a sustained-release preparation, comprising: dispersing a bioactive polypeptide in an organic solvent solution of a biodegradable polymer and zinc oxide; and removing the organic solvent. |
