titleOfInvention | Double-sided coated substrate with improved contact wear and method of manufacturing the same |
abstract | (57) [Problem] To provide a double-sided coated substrate with improved contact abrasion, which is hardly flawed at the time of molding or winding and rewinding of a coil. A substrate such as a metal plate is coated with a coating material such as a high molecular polyester on one surface (front surface) of the substrate, and the other surface (back surface) of the substrate is (1) a polyester resin or an acrylic resin having a hydroxyl group; A double-sided coated substrate having improved contact abrasion, which is coated with a coating which forms irregularities on the surface of a coating film containing a melamine resin or a urea resin and (3) a sulfonic acid compound blocked with a secondary or tertiary amine. |
