A center line average roughness (Ra) is 0.01 μm. A carrier sheet for producing a ceramic capacitor in which a silicone release layer is provided on one side of the following polyester film and a layer having a center line average roughness (Ra) of 0.01 to 0.1 μm is provided on the opposite side.
