titleOfInvention | Headlight cover |
abstract | (57) [Problem] To provide a headlight cover having a surface capable of maintaining water repellency for a long period of time. SOLUTION: In a headlight cover, on a transparent cover surface, photocatalyst particles, a water-repellent silicone, and a substance for preventing the water-repellent silicone from becoming hydrophilic by photoexcitation of the photocatalyst. A layer containing photocatalyst particles and a water-repellent silicone is formed on the surface of the transparent cover so that at least a part of the surface of the layer has the water-repellency. A substance for preventing hydrophilicity of the silicon by photoexcitation of the photocatalyst is fixed. |
