titleOfInvention Quartz resonator supporting synthetic zeolite
abstract [PROBLEMS] To provide a synthetic zeolite supported on an AT-cut quartz resonator having a platinum electrode or a gold electrode formed thereon, and to omit a masking process and to provide a highly sensitive moisture-sensitive element. Provided is a synthetic zeolite-supported quartz resonator that can be used effectively. SOLUTION: A synthetic zeolite-supported quartz oscillator in which a laminated electrode of gold or platinum and tantalum, a porous electrode, and a synthetic zeolite-supporting film are sequentially formed on at least one surface side of an AT-cut quartz oscillator.
