SOLUTION: This is a method for reducing dust generation of a fine powder including a step of mixing a branched polyethyleneimine solution with the fine powder, wherein the weight of the branched polyethyleneimine contained in the branched polyethyleneimine solution with respect to the fine powder is provided. The ratio is 0. 005% or more. Further, it is preferable to perform a step of mixing a dialdehyde solution after the step of mixing the branched polyethyleneimine solution with the fine powder.
