titleOfInvention Method for producing oxide thin film by coating method
abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method capable of obtaining a thin film having the same characteristics as the conventional one by using a solvent having higher safety than before in forming an oxide thin film by a solution coating method. SOLUTION: The organic metal which is a constituent element of the thin film is 1-methoxy-2-propanol or 1-ethoxy-2- A solution dissolved in a solvent containing propanol as a main component is used as a coating solution. Preferably 1-methoxy-2- A solution obtained by dissolving an organic metal in a solvent containing propanol or 1-ethoxy-2-propanol as a main component and containing ethyl lactate is used as a coating solution.
