titleOfInvention | Solder resist resin composition and cured product |
abstract | (57) [Problem] To provide a solder resist resin composition and a cured product thereof. A photopolymerizable prepolymer having a novolak resin skeleton, a carboxyl group-containing photopolymerizable monomer, at least one ethylenically unsaturated bond-containing monomer, a photopolymerization initiator, a thermosetting agent, and a diluent are essential. It has excellent UV curability, resolution (up to 50 micrometers), rapid curability, heat resistance, chemical plating resistance, and electric resistance, which are contained as components, especially for consumer printed wiring boards and industrial printed wiring boards. And a resin composition suitable for a solder resist that can be developed with a dilute aqueous alkali solution and is suitable for the production of a solder resist. |
