titleOfInvention | Fecal hemoglobin, reagent for simultaneous measurement of transferrin, kit, and method for screening hemorrhagic gastrointestinal disease |
abstract | (57) [Summary] [PROBLEMS] To provide a reagent, a kit, and a method for screening for hemorrhagic gastrointestinal diseases, for simultaneous determination of fecal hemoglobin and transferrin. SOLUTION: A latex suspension for hemoglobin measurement in which a latex bound with an anti-human hemoglobin antibody is suspended in a suspension buffer, and a latex bound with an anti-human transferrin antibody are suspended in a suspension buffer. A reagent for simultaneous separation and measurement of fecal hemoglobin and transferrin, comprising a transferrin measurement latex suspension; A kit comprising these reagents; and a method for screening for a hemorrhagic gastrointestinal tract disease comprising using these reagents. |
