titleOfInvention | Water-based adhesive |
abstract | (57) Abstract: A modified polyvinyl alcohol having a primary amino group or a secondary amino group in a molecule is used as a dispersant, and at least one kind selected from an ethylenically unsaturated monomer and a diene monomer is used. An aqueous emulsion (A) comprising a polymer comprising unsaturated monomer units as a dispersoid, and an aqueous adhesive comprising at least one water-resistant agent (B) selected from a polyvalent epoxy compound and an aldehyde compound. [Effect] The aqueous adhesive of the present invention is excellent in storage stability, It has excellent initial adhesive strength and dramatically improved adhesive strength and water resistance. The water-based adhesive of the present invention can be applied to the case of bonding various kinds of materials, but can be suitably used particularly for wood adhesives. In addition to the bonding between woods, it can be used for bonding wood to paper, textiles, inorganic plates, films and the like. |
