Crosslinked organosiloxane particles, their production and use |
abstract |
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic solvent-soluble polysiloxane particle having a metal precipitate and having a monodispersed particle size distribution in a size range of 5 to 200 nm. The object is to provide an oxidation stage 0 metal atom which in each case has an intermetallic interaction with at least one other oxidation stage 0 metal atom, from 5 to 200 nm. At least 0.1% by weight in at least one solvent selected from dichloromethane, pentane, acetone, toluene and ethanol; Here, at least 80% of the particles are solved by crosslinked organopolysiloxane particles consisting of only one molecule, which differ from the average diameter by at most 30%. The metal-containing organopolysiloxane particles are used as homogeneous catalysts and in optical electronics, fire protection and coatings. |
