titleOfInvention | Easy dispersing additive for cast nylon materials |
abstract | (57) Abstract: A dye or pigment used as a coloring or physical property improving material for producing a cast nylon product or a filler-containing cast nylon product colored by an anion rapid polymerization technique of lactam. Provided is an easily dispersible additive for a cast nylon material which improves dispersibility and stability of a filler, eliminates color unevenness, and does not reduce physical properties of a molded product. SOLUTION: The following general formula: (Wherein, R is a hydrogen atom, a group selected from the group consisting of a substituted or unsubstituted alkyl group, a phenyl group and a naphthyl group, X is a hydrogen atom, sodium, potassium, lithium, and m is 1 to 50) Integer, n is an integer of 1 to 3.) An easily dispersible additive for a cast nylon material, comprising as a main component at least one selected from a phosphoric ester compound represented by the formula (1) and pigments, dyes and fillers. |
