abstract | (57) [Summary] (Modifications) [Problem] To provide a method for producing a rigid isocyanurate foam in which CFCs are reduced and the amount of water is increased. SOLUTION: At least water is used as a foaming agent in an amount of 0.2 to 100 parts by weight of the total amount of polyol and polyisocyanate. Used in an amount of at least one part by weight, and at least (a) the following general formula (1) (In the formula, A and B each independently represent a linear or branched alkylene group having 2 or 3 carbon atoms, and n represents an integer of 1 to 3. In addition, R1, R2, R3, R4, R5 is each independently an alkyl group having 1 to 6 carbon atoms, and R1, R2, R3 or R3, R4, and R5 may combine to form a heterocyclic structure composed of a piperazine ring. Tertiary amines represented by (b) mono- or dihydroxy obtained by adding an alkylene oxide to an organic acid salt or an inorganic acid salt of a tertiary amine represented by the above general formula (1) A catalyst composition containing an alkyl quaternary ammonium salt is used. |
