abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a propylene-ethylene block copolymer excellent in balance between rigidity and physical properties of body impact resistance. SOLUTION: (A) a solid component containing magnesium, titanium, halogen and an electron donating compound as essential components, (B-1) an organoaluminum compound in which the sum of the poling electronegativity values of atoms bonded to one Al atom is less than 8, (B-2) an organic aluminum compound bonded to one Al atom (A) a step of polymerizing propylene in the presence of a polymerization catalyst comprising an aluminum compound having a sum of the electronegativity values of atom poling of 8 or more and (C) an alkylalkoxysilane compound, and (b) propylene A method for producing a propylene-ethylene block copolymer, which comprises the step of copolymerizing ethylene and ethylene, wherein the step (b) is performed in the presence of a halogen-containing compound (D). |
