abstract | (57) [Abstract] [Object] The present invention provides a foliar spray comprising a fermented product containing a trehalose-containing saccharide as a component, and using the foliar spray to spread rice in the latter half of the ripening period of rice. It is an object of the present invention to provide a method capable of improving the yield and quality (eating quality) of coconut. The foliar spray of the present invention comprises a fermented product containing a trehalose-containing saccharide as a component. Vinegar or trehalose obtained by subjecting a mixture of a trehalose-containing saccharide and a brewing alcohol to acetic acid fermentation. Any of vinegar obtained by performing alcohol fermentation and acetic acid fermentation using the contained saccharide. |
