titleOfInvention Ballpoint pen refill
abstract (57) [Summary] [Purpose] A refill of a ball-point pen mounted on a barrel of a knock-type ball-point pen that allows the tip of the writing to freely move in and out. In this way, it is possible to prevent backflow of ink in upward or downward writing, prevent contamination of the inside of the shaft cylinder, hands, and clothes, and prevent writing blur. A ballpoint pen refill is provided with a ballpoint pen tip at the end of a joint and an ink storage tube at the back, and the ink storage tube is filled with a water-based ink having a shear-thinning viscosity or mainly a low-viscosity oil-based ink. A follower that follows the ink as the ink is consumed is disposed at the rear end, and an upright bar shaft is formed at the tip of the spring in the inner hole of the chip, or a pusher having a bar shaft at the front end of the spring is provided. The tip of the rod shaft portion presses the rear end of the tip ball so that the tip ball comes into close contact with the inner edge of the ball holding portion at the tip of the tip, thereby preventing direct current and backflow of the ink and further tipping. An ink backflow prevention part is also provided at the axis of the rear joint, and the close contact between the tip ball and the inner edge of the ball holding part of the chip is released by writing pressure, and ink flows as the tip ball rotates.
