abstract | (57) [Summary] [PROBLEMS] To provide excellent impact resistance after retort treatment at a low temperature, good taste retention (flavor), good adhesion to a metal plate, and film formability ( The present invention provides a biaxially stretched laminated film for metal plate lamination, which also has good extrudability and stretchability. SOLUTION: A first layer (A) made of polyester having ethylene terephthalate as a main repeating unit, 20 to 60% by weight of polycarbonate and 40 to 100% of polyester. The polyester is formed of a composition comprising 80% by weight, and the polyester has ethylene-terephthalate as a main repeating unit and 10-90% by weight of a polyester having a terminal carboxyl group concentration of 10 equivalents / 10 6 g or more and butylene terephthalate as a main repeating unit. And polyester 10 to 9 having a terminal carboxyl group concentration of 20 equivalents / 10 6 g or less. And a second layer (B) of 0% by weight.
