abstract (57) [Problem] To provide a cardiac catheter particularly suitable for performing ablation. The heart catheter is a catheter shaft 2. It has at least one electrode 3 provided on the expandable device 1 located at the tip of the device. The device 1 has at least two struts 6 made of a resilient material. The strut 6 is expanded to urge the strut 6 against the heart chamber, especially the surface of the vestibule. The cardiac catheter has means 4, 7 for sliding the electrode 3 along the strut 6.
