titleOfInvention | Heat resistant light selective thermosetting paint |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a good patterned permanent protective film for a printed wiring board. SOLUTION: At least (a) a polyfunctional cyanate compound is contained as a thermosetting component, and at least (b) an unsaturated group-containing polycarboxylic acid resin is contained as a photocuring component. (c) A non-solvent containing an ethylenically unsaturated monomer or a homogeneous solution obtained by dissolving in a solvent, (d) a photopolymerization initiator and (e) a thermosetting catalyst are blended. And a method for producing a printed wiring board with a permanent protective film using the paint. The heat-resistant light-selective thermosetting paint of the present invention has excellent adhesiveness, heat resistance, chemical resistance, moisture absorption and electrical insulation after pressure cooker, and can be developed with an aqueous developer. Good adhesion of nickel plating and gold plating on the copper in the portions removed by development can be provided, and particularly, a permanent protective film having good characteristics can be provided as a permanent protective film for a printed wiring board using copper as a conductor. |
