(57) [Summary] Even if an operation mode is set in a master slicing step, an operation mode other than the operation mode easily set can be set by adding a few circuits, and occurrence of a malfunction is prevented. I do. An operation mode set in a master slicing process by applying a predetermined level of potential to the evaluation pad (31) and a switching circuit (32) provided at a place where assembly is impossible and not used when the product is completed. Mode switching means 3 for switching the operation mode to an operation mode other than this operation mode. |
