titleOfInvention | Blood chemistry analysis material and blood chemistry analysis method |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blood chemistry analysis material capable of easily and accurately quantifying a plurality of specific components in blood at once and a method for analyzing the components using the same. SOLUTION: A reagent that reacts with a component in blood to exhibit a color having an absorbance at 200 to 900 nm or a reagent that emits light at 200 to 900 nm and a reagent that emits light at 200 to 900 nm are provided on a light-permeable, water-impermeable support 1. An appropriate number of reagent portions 2 made of a transparent hydrophilic carrier to be held are provided in a plane, and a blood dropping portion 4 and a reagent portion 2 are stacked by connecting a connecting portion 3 having a blood cell separating function. Each reagent part 2 has a structure in which a part of the reagent part 2 extends from the blood dropping part 4. In addition, each extended reagent section 2 is measured by a transmission photometric method to analyze the components. |
