titleOfInvention | Fiber reinforced rubber hose |
abstract | (57) [Abstract] [Problem] Various performances such as heat resistance, oil resistance, pressure resistance, sealability, contact metal resistance, and calcium chloride resistance required for rubber hoses such as oil and radiator for automobiles. To realize a fiber reinforced rubber hose that satisfies at a relatively low cost. SOLUTION: When a fiber reinforcing layer 3 is interposed between a tubular inner rubber 2 and an outer rubber 4 to obtain an integrally vulcanized fiber reinforced rubber hose 1, the inner rubber 2 and the outer rubber 4 are used. In addition to using a carboxyl group-containing acrylic elastomer for one or both of the above, a polyester fiber having a carboxyl group end group content of 20 (equivalent / ton) or less is used as the fiber reinforcing layer 3. A polyamine compound is used as a vulcanizing agent for vulcanizing the carboxyl group-containing acrylic elastomer, and the polyamine compound is added in an amount of about 0.1 to 10 parts by weight per 100 parts by weight of the carboxyl group-containing acrylic elastomer.
