Naked eagle oil is extracted from the whole fish or skin, subcutaneous fat, internal organs or head of the fish. The blending amount of the naked eagle oil and / or its hydrogenated product is 0.005 to 20.0% by weight (dry weight) in the total amount of the external preparation.
