titleOfInvention | Cutting method of ring-shaped magnet material |
abstract | (57) Abstract: The present invention provides a method of efficiently cutting an anisotropic ring magnet material made of a rare earth-iron-boron magnet alloy. An inner surface of a ring-shaped magnet material is roughly cut to make the wall thickness uniform, and then the ring-shaped magnet material is rotated in a circumferential direction, and a grindstone is also rotated in the same direction. The grinding stone 30 is gradually moved from the side 30 toward the ring magnet 1, and cut and cut along the circumference from the outer peripheral surface side of the ring magnet 1 toward the inside. By doing so, the corner of the ring magnet 1 is not chipped when the end is cut, and the cut surface can be cut at right angles to the reference surface. In addition, since the cutting can be performed with the small grindstone 30, the wobble of the grindstone 30 is small. |
