(57) [Summary] [PROBLEMS] An object of the present invention is to separate kitchen wastewater containing emulsified fats and oils from a restaurant, a canteen or the like by electrolysis to separate oil-water. SOLUTION: Kitchen wastewater containing oils and fats emulsified by a first electrolytic part using aluminum or iron as a dissolving electrode and a second electrolytic part using copper as a dissolving electrode is electrolyzed, floated and separated to separate oily water and putrefaction. It kills bacteria and deodorizes odors. |
