abstract |
(57) [Problem] To provide a means for efficiently producing fructosylamine oxidase. SOLUTION: A gene having a nucleotide sequence encoding the amino acid sequence of fructosylamine oxidase, a transgenic microorganism transformed with the fructosylamine oxidase gene, and a method for producing fructosylamine oxidase obtained by culturing the microorganism. [Effect] A novel fructosylamine oxidase gene having a complete DNA sequence of the fructosylamine oxidase gene can be isolated from a chromosomal DNA library derived from a fructosylamine oxidase-producing strain, and the fructosylamine oxidase gene was introduced. By using a genetically modified microorganism, highly efficient production of fructosylamine oxidase has been made possible. |
