titleOfInvention Rat sperm fertility test method
abstract (57) [Solution] A sperm collected from a rat is added to a TYH buffer containing a hamster unfertilized egg from which a frozen egg has been thawed and the transparent body has been removed, from 0.5 × 10 4 to 5.0 × 10 4 / ml. A method for testing the fertility of rat spermatozoa, comprising measuring the rate of invasion of rat spermatozoa into unfertilized hamster eggs after insemination at a concentration of 0.1% and culture. According to the present invention, there is provided a method for testing the fertility of rat spermatozoa with good reproducibility and easy operation, and this method can be used for testing spermatogenetic dysfunction by pharmaceuticals.
