titleOfInvention Method for producing vinyl chloride polymer
abstract (57) [Summary] [PROBLEMS] In the batch polymerization of vinyl chloride monomers, when the “non-opening operation method” is adopted as the operation method in which the next batch is charged without opening the polymerization vessel to the atmosphere. In addition, the present invention provides a charging method in which a powdery polymerization aid is charged with a small amount of the auxiliary agent remaining in the charging equipment and a small amount of polymer scale attached to the inside of the polymerization vessel and the charging equipment. SOLUTION: In a method of producing a vinyl chloride polymer by polymerizing a vinyl chloride monomer in an aqueous medium, a method in which a powdery auxiliary used for polymerization is charged into a polymerization vessel via a pipe. And a method for producing a vinyl chloride polymer using a liquid medium having a flow rate of 0.2 to 10 m / sec. As the liquid medium, water, a vinyl chloride monomer and the like are preferable.
