abstract (57) [Problem] To provide a drug having both a thromboxane A 2 antagonistic action and a leukotriene D 4 antagonistic action. SOLUTION: The following general formula (I): (In the formula, R 1 represents a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, a lower alkyl group, a lower alkoxy group or a nitro group, and R 2 represents a C 4 -C 8 linear or branched C 1 -C 8 substituted with one or more fluorine atoms. A branched alkyl group, R 3 represents a hydrogen atom or a lower alkyl group, X represents a sulfur atom or a group represented by CH = CH, n represents an integer of 2 to 4. ) Or a pharmacologically acceptable salt thereof has both a thromboxane A 2 antagonism and a leukotriene D 4 antagonism, and is a platelet aggregation inhibitor, an antithrombotic agent, an antiasthmatic agent, and an antiallergic agent. It is extremely useful as an agent.
