SOLUTION: The cast refractory composition of the present invention, which does not contain cement, comprises 70 to 98% by weight of a refractory aggregate having a particle size of 10 mm or less. And 2 to 30% by weight of a refractory ultrafine powder having a particle size of 10 μm or less, with respect to a total of 2% by weight is externally added. This refractory composition is kneaded with water or another kneading liquid and poured to adjust the workability of the softness, and it is transported to a spray nozzle by a pressure pump, and alkali silicate or alumina is compressed with the compressed air by the spray nozzle. 0.2-1% by weight of shape-retaining agent consisting of acid alkali (Outer hanging) is added in the form of an aqueous solution, and spraying is performed.
