abstract | (57) [Summary] [Problem] To provide a wheel which can maintain water repellency for a long time and is hardly stained. SOLUTION: In the wheel, a surface containing a photocatalyst particle, a water-repellent silicone, and a substance for preventing the water-repellent silicone from becoming hydrophilic by photoexcitation of the photocatalyst on the surface of a base material. A layer containing photocatalyst particles and a water-repellent silicone is formed on the surface of the substrate so that a layer is formed, and at least a part of the surface of the layer is coated with the water-repellent silicone. A substance for preventing the photocatalyst from becoming hydrophilic by photoexcitation is fixed. |
