titleOfInvention | How to make an electrophotographic waterless planographic printing plate |
abstract | (57) [Summary] [PROBLEMS] To be applicable to a low-power laser beam scanning exposure method, to achieve excellent plate making and printing quality, good printing durability, and to realize simplification, speeding up, and labor saving. Create an electrophotographic waterless planographic printing plate that can faithfully reproduce high-definition images. SOLUTION: An unfixed toner image 5 is formed on a surface of an electrophotographic photoreceptor 11 using a liquid developer by an electrophotographic process, and a transfer layer 12 which can be peeled off is provided on the entire surface of the photoreceptor carrying the toner image. After the layer 12 and the toner image 5 are transferred onto the primary receptor 20 and further transferred onto the lithographic printing plate support 30, the adhesive force to the transfer layer surface is applied to the entire surface of the transfer layer 12 between the toner image and the support surface. JIS Z0237-19 rather than adhesive strength After providing the non-adhesive resin layer 6 having an adhesive force of 180 gf or more measured based on the `` Test method for adhesive tape and adhesive sheet '' of 80, the transfer layer and the non-adhesive resin layer 6 on the toner image 5 are removed. It is selectively removed to produce an electrophotographic waterless planographic printing plate. |
