abstract (57) [Summary] [PROBLEMS] To provide a blood filtration unit that can analyze blood plasma obtained by filtering blood as it is with an analyzer, and that can easily store plasma. The object of the present invention is to provide a blood filtration material, a holder for accommodating the blood filtration material and having a blood inlet and a plasma outlet, and a plasma receiving tank for receiving plasma filtered and discharged from the plasma outlet. The problem is solved by a blood filtration unit, which is separate and detachable from a holder.
