abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic elastomer excellent in melt fluidity required for powder slush molding, low in melt viscosity, easy to remove a skin after molding, and excellent in tensile strength and suitable for powder slush molding. Provided are compositions and methods of making the same. A thermoplastic elastomer composition in powder form used for powder slush molding, comprising at least a polypropylene resin, a hydrogenated styrene-butadiene rubber, It is composed of a process oil and an elastomer having excellent oil absorbing ability, has an effect of being excellent in melt fluidity, having a low melt viscosity, and being easy to remove the skin. Further, by adding an organic peroxide and kneading the mixture under heating, the main chain of the polypropylene resin is cut to obtain a thermoplastic elastomer composition having excellent melt fluidity and tensile strength.
