titleOfInvention | Rubber particles, multilayer polymer particles using the same, and resin composition of the polymer particles |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide rubber particles which provide a multilayer polymer particle having a high effect of improving impact resistance. SOLUTION: The present invention is a rubber particle obtained by copolymerizing a (meth) acrylate and a conjugated diene compound by an emulsion polymerization method under the following conditions (A) to (D). (A) As an emulsifier, an anionic emulsifier is used in a proportion of 1 to 8% by weight based on a monomer. (B) A mixture of an organic peroxide and a transition metal salt is used as the initiator system. (C) The organic peroxide is used in a ratio of 0.006 to 0.1% by weight based on water in the reaction system at the start of the polymerization reaction. (D) After the start of the reaction, an organic peroxide is additionally added at a ratio of 0.001 to 0.08% by weight based on water in the reaction system per hour. |
