titleOfInvention Non-slump alkali silicate bond castable composition and method of construction
abstract (57) [Summary] [PROBLEMS] To eliminate the limitation of construction work time, a non-slump, high-density, low-moisture castable composition using a binder with extremely low hardening time, and a construction method thereof. provide. SOLUTION: The alkali silicate of 0.5 to 5% by weight, 20% by weight of a flow aid, 100% by weight of solids consisting of refractory aggregate and fine powder, and water sufficient to achieve a pumpable consistency. A non-slump castable composition comprising one component and a second component coagulant added to the first component at the time of construction. A non-slump castable composition added to a solid content of 100% by weight of a component, and a method of applying the same.
