titleOfInvention | Hydrodesulfurization catalyst, method for producing the catalyst, and method for hydrodesulfurization of heavy oil using the catalyst |
abstract | (57) [Summary] [PROBLEMS] In the catalytic hydrodesulfurization of a reduced pressure gas oil fraction by an indirect desulfurization unit and a normal pressure residual oil fraction by a direct desulfurization unit, the reduction in catalytic activity due to coke deterioration is extremely small. An object of the present invention is to provide a hydrodesulfurization catalyst capable of removing sulfur compounds in a fraction at a high rate for a long period of time and further reducing the weight of the heavy oil fraction. The heavy oil hydrodesulfurization catalyst according to the present invention comprises: (a) At least one metal selected from the iron group of the periodic table is 3 to 7 mass% in terms of oxide, and at least one metal selected from group VIA in the periodic table is 10 in terms of oxide. (B) at least one metal selected from the platinum group of the periodic table in the range of 0.2 to 10 mass% in terms of metal, and the balance being inorganic oxide; A platinum-group catalyst comprising a support, and the platinum-group catalyst having a surface area of 100 m It is characterized by being coated in the range of 1 to 20 mass parts per ass part. |
