abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid oxygen-based bleaching composition which has excellent storage stability over a long period of time, shows good bleaching power against general stains, and causes fading of a color pattern after long-term use. It aims at suppressing. SOLUTION: (a) 0.01 to 30% by weight of hydrogen peroxide, 0.01 to 30% by weight of a boron compound, 0.01 to 10% by weight of an organic phosphonic acid of the general formula (1) or a salt thereof. And a liquid oxygen-based bleaching composition having a pH in the range of 2 to 7.
