abstract (57) [Summary] [PROBLEMS] To provide a mushroom inoculum inoculation machine capable of automatically, efficiently and surely inoculating a container with an inoculation machine. SOLUTION: An inoculation section for scraping an inoculation funnel downward by a required amount from an inoculated inoculation bottle 101, and a hopper 80 provided with a shutter 82 for receiving the inoculation dropping from the inoculum scraping section. A feeding mechanism for feeding the containers 12 accommodating the cultivation bottles 10 one by one in a row of the cultivation bottles 10 below the hopper 80, and a cap for detaching the cap 10a of the cultivation bottles 10 in the sent row. Detachable mechanism, lower part of each hopper 80 and cap 10a Mushroom seed fungus having a shooter 84 which is provided so as to be able to reciprocate between each of the cultivation bottles 10 from which the seeds have been removed, receives a required amount of seed bacteria from the hopper 80, and drops the seed bacteria into the cultivation bottle 10 from which the cap 10a has been removed. The inoculation machine is characterized in that each shooter 84 is provided with a sensor 92 for detecting whether or not a seed has passed through each shooter 84.
