titleOfInvention | Electrophotographic photoreceptor coating method |
abstract | (57) [Problem] To apply unevenness of color or unevenness at the time of application even when using an application method in which a coating liquid is applied to the outer peripheral surface of a cylindrical base material using a vertical coating apparatus and then rapidly dried. The present invention provides an electrophotographic photoreceptor coating method capable of stably obtaining a high-density and clear image without generation of image formation, image non-uniformity, other image defects and fogging during image formation. SOLUTION: A coating liquid is stacked on an outer peripheral surface of a cylindrical base material by using a coating device that stacks and stacks the cylindrical base material with the cylindrical axis of the cylindrical base aligned with the cylindrical axis, and applies the liquid while vertically pushing up from below. Wherein the coating liquid is a dispersion liquid containing a charge generating substance, a binder resin and an organic solvent, and the absolute value of the zeta potential of the coating liquid is 10 to 40 mV. And then rapidly drying the coated electrophotographic photosensitive member. |
