(57) [Summary] [Problem] To safely, quickly and accurately analyze and manage organic substances in a degreasing solution. SOLUTION: A degreasing liquid containing mineral oil and animal and vegetable oils and fats is mixed with a compound of chlorine and a metal having a valence of three or more and a sulfate of a metal having the same or different species and having a valence of three or more. By adding a dispersant as the main component, A sample in which the suspended matter is uniformly dispersed is obtained, and the sample is subjected to analysis by a combustion oxidation type total organic carbon analyzer. |
