titleOfInvention Anti-fibroblast growth factor 5 monoclonal antibody
abstract (57) [Problem] To provide a monoclonal antibody that specifically recognizes FGF5 as an antigen. SOLUTION: The amino acid sequence of FGF5 includes FGF Using a peptide having an amino acid sequence of a region having low homology to the amino acid sequence of other members of the family as an antigen, a mammal is immunized, and spleen cells of the mammal are fused with cultured cells to produce a hybridoma. Then, the hybridoma is cultured, and a monoclonal antibody is collected from the culture solution.
