titleOfInvention | Washing / sterilizing method for continuous water flow type electrolyzed water generation apparatus, electrolyzed water generation apparatus provided with mechanism for performing this method, and flow path switching valve device used therein |
abstract | (57) [Problem] To provide an electrolyzed water generator using an adsorption water purifier for removing chlorine, in which an electrolyzer and its upstream and downstream water passages are washed and sterilized with water containing chlorine. In addition, a precipitate such as calcium is efficiently dissolved, and at the same time, the entire electrolytic cell and its surrounding pipes can be sterilized with hypochlorous acid water. SOLUTION: When washing a flow-through type electrolyzed water generator, water for washing is supplied from an outlet side of one electrode chamber of an electrolysis tank without passing through a filter medium of an adsorption water purifier. Water is discharged from the drain pipe of one of the electrode chambers in the order of-one water supply pipe-the common drainage portion or inside of the filtration water purifier-the other water supply pipe-the other electrode chamber. So that a washing water circuit to be drained from the water is formed. Further, in this state, the electrode of the pole chamber supplied from the outlet side is used as an anode to electrolyze water in the electrolytic cell, thereby generating sterilizing water containing hypochlorous acid and passing the washing water circuit. . |
