PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high resolution, easy development of a photo via hole by an aqueous alkali solution, excellent resistance to electroless plating solution, high adhesive strength to plated copper, and soldering. Provided is a photosensitive additive adhesive that not only withstands the temperature of about 260 ° C. in the process but also has excellent interlayer insulation properties as a build-up material.
