titleOfInvention Dielectric thin film and ceramic capacitor
abstract (57) Abstract: A dielectric thin film having improved dielectric properties, a high dielectric constant of 1100 or more even in a high frequency region, and a small decrease in the relative dielectric constant with respect to DC bias. And a ceramic capacitor using the dielectric thin film. A dielectric thin film made of a perovskite-type composite oxide containing Pb, Mg, and Nb as metal elements, wherein a composition formula based on a molar ratio of the metal element oxide is: (Pb ax A x ) (Mg b / 3 Nb 2/3 ) O 3 , where A represents at least one of Ba, Sr, Pr, Sm and Bi, wherein a, b and x are 1 ≦ a ≤ 1.10, 1 ≤ b ≤ 1.10, 0.01 ≤ x ≤ 0.03 when A is Pr, 0.01 when A is Ba and Sr ≦ x ≦ 0.05, when A is Sm or Bi, 0.01 ≦ x ≦ 0.08 is satisfied.
