titleOfInvention Vane and refrigerant compressor using it
abstract (57) [Summary] [PROBLEMS] To use an ester-based refrigerator oil as a refrigerator oil, An object of the present invention is to provide a vane having a low coefficient of friction in a sliding portion on the surface of the vane and having high wear resistance even when an HFC-based refrigerant is used, and a refrigerant compressor including the vane. SOLUTION: The surface of a stainless steel vane obtained by sintering is subjected to plasma sulphonitriding treatment to form a nitrogen-containing compound layer on the surface and a vane having a sulfur-containing surface layer formed thereon and the vane. The problem can be solved by the refrigerant compressor.
