titleOfInvention Tick-resistant polyolefin crimped fiber, method for producing the same, and mite-resistant carpet using the polyolefin crimped fiber
abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tick-resistant polyolefin fiber which is safe, does not decrease in tick-proofing performance due to use, washing, etc., and has a fiber shape which enhances a tick-proofing effect and has a bulkiness suitable as a carpet material. And a mite-proof carpet using the fibers. Kind Code: A1 A crimp-resistant polyolefin crimp fiber made of a polyolefin containing 1 to 10% by weight of an insect repellent comprising a terpene or a dibasic acid alkyl ester, which is produced by drawing after spinning and hot air processing. The fiber is used as a mite-proof carpet.
