abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a carborane-containing silicon-based polymer excellent in heat resistance simply and inexpensively, and a cured product thereof. This polymer has a weight average molecular weight of 500 or more and is crosslinked and cured by heat, light or electron beam. |
