titleOfInvention Carborane-containing silicon-based polymer, method for producing the same, and cured product
abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a carborane-containing silicon-based polymer excellent in heat resistance simply and inexpensively, and a cured product thereof. SOLUTION: An ethynylene group-containing silicon-based polymer represented by the general formula (12) is reacted with a borane compound to obtain a target polymer represented by the general formula (13). This polymer has a weight average molecular weight of 500 or more and is crosslinked and cured by heat, light or electron beam.
