(57) [Problem] To provide a thermosetting resin composition excellent in storage stability and a highly reliable semiconductor device obtained by using the same. The present invention relates to a thermosetting resin composition containing a thermosetting resin composition and a curing agent, wherein the thermosetting resin composition contains the following components (X) to (Y). It is a semiconductor device obtained by sealing an element. (X) A hardening accelerator-containing microcapsule having a core / shell structure in which a core made of a hardening accelerator is covered with a shell made of a thermoplastic resin. (Y) An inorganic filler having a particle size set to 0.5 to 1.5 times the particle size of the curing accelerator-containing microcapsules as the component (X). |
